Denton Shed Nebbiolo

The palate is bright, taut, and finely structured, opening with sour cherry, redcurrant, and wild strawberry lifted by fresh, cool‑climate acidity that gives the wine drive and precision. Tannins are fine, chalky, and classically Nebbiolo, offering grip and savoury tension without heaviness. The mid‑palate reveals notes of rose petal, orange peel, cranberry, and a stony mineral thread, reflecting the granite soils of the Denton site. The finish is long, dry, and quietly powerful, leaving red fruit, florals, and a firm mineral‑spice echo.
