Syrahmi Shiraz, crafted by sommelier-turned-winemaker Adam Foster, is a compelling expression of Heathcote Shiraz, showcasing the region’s renowned ancient Cambrian soils. Produced using a minimal intervention winemaking approach, this Australian Shiraz highlights purity, site expression, and vintage character.

On the nose, it reveals lifted aromatics of ripe blackberry, dark plum, and black cherry, layered with hints of cracked pepper, violet, and subtle earthy spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, offering concentrated dark fruit flavours balanced by fine-grained tannins and vibrant natural acidity. Notes of liquorice, graphite, and gentle oak influence add depth and complexity, while maintaining elegance and restraint.

Each vintage is sourced from a different Heathcote vineyard, making every release a unique terroir-driven Shiraz with a distinct sense of place. The finish is long, savoury, and refined, reflecting the hallmark structure and minerality that define premium Heathcote Shiraz.
