Delamere Estate Pinot Noir

The palate is fine‑boned, pure, and beautifully detailed, opening with red cherry, wild strawberry, and cranberrybefore unfolding into a savoury layer of dried rose, soft spice, and forest‑floor nuance. Compared with the standard Pinot Noir, the Estate bottling shows greater concentration and textural finesse: tannins are ultra‑fine, chalk‑laced, and delicately firm, giving the wine quiet authority without weight. The finish is long, lifted, and mineral, leaving impressions of cherry skin, rose petal, and a whisper of earth—classic Pipers River elegance dialled up a notch.
