There’s a distinctly Mencía‑like thread of crushed‑rock minerality and a gentle graphite edge, giving the wine tension and shape. Tannins are fine, lightly chalky, and beautifully integrated, while the acidity is fresh and energetic, driving the wine forward with lift rather than weight. Hints of white pepper, cranberry, and a touch of amaro‑like bitterness add complexity. The finish is long, spicy, and red‑fruited, carrying a clean mineral line that feels both modern and varietally true.
