Corymbia Tempranillo/Malbec

The palate is bright, juicy, and spice‑edged, with red cherry, raspberry, and plum skin giving a lively, crunchy entry. Acidity is fresh and energetic, very Corymbia in its lifted, Swan Valley brightness. Tannins are fine, lightly grippy, and cocoa‑dusty, coming more from the Tempranillo side. Malbec adds a darker, plummier core and a touch of mid‑palate weight. A thread of dried herbs, pepper, and subtle earthiness brings savoury detail. The mid‑palate is supple, medium‑bodied, and quietly concentrated, showing hints of blueberry, spice, and graphite. The finish is dry, fresh, and gently firm, leaving red‑fruit snap and a soft, savoury echo.
