Compared to many Provence whites, this cuvée is more herbal, more textural, and more overtly maritime. On the palate, it is medium‑ to full‑bodied, vibrant, and layered, showing flavors of lemon zest, peach, honeysuckle, tarragon, and a crystalline quinine‑mineral note, wrapped in a soft, lemon‑oil texture. The sea influence brings a saline lift that keeps the richness in balance.
