A mid‑palate of herbs, warm spice, and a faint earthy‑mineral edge reflects both the old vines and the natural élevage. The texture is silky yet firm, with Gascon adding colour and tannic backbone while Gamay brings lift. The finish is long, savoury, and resonant, tapering with dark‑fruit skin, spice, and a cool, stony echo.
