The palate is bright, finely structured, and deeply mineral, opening with red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry lifted by fresh, medium‑plus acidity that keeps the wine tense and vibrant. Tannins are fine, lightly firm, and chalk‑textured, giving more grip than Vignes d’Ecussol but a touch more delicacy than Le Clos. The mid‑palate shows violet, rose petal, subtle spice, and a pronounced blue‑granite mineral thread, reflecting the volcanic Brulhie slope and its naturally cooler exposition. The finish is long, floral, and quietly powerful, leaving red‑berry, spice, and stony‑mineral echoes with a slightly savoury edge.
