The mid‑palate shows violet, rose petal, subtle spice, and a pronounced blue‑granite mineral thread, reflecting the volcanic Brulhie slope and its naturally cooler exposition. The finish is long, floral, and quietly powerful, leaving red‑berry, spice, and stony‑mineral echoes with a slightly savoury edge.
