Compared to richer Pouilly‑Fuissé styles, this cuvée is more linear, fresher, and more mineral, thanks to stainless‑steel vinification and the high‑limestone parcels. On the palate, it is bright, clean, and lightly textural, showing flavors of white peach, citrus, and crisp apple, supported by fresh acidity and a chalky mineral line. The clay parcel adds just enough mid‑palate weight to keep the wine satisfying without heaviness.
