On the palate, it is silky, medium‑bodied, and vibrant, showing flavors of red berries, cherry skin, light earth, and spice, supported by fine, well‑integrated tannins and balanced acidity. The clay‑dominant soils give the wine a rounder mid‑palate, while the limestone keeps the finish clean and fresh.
