Charles Melton Grains of Paradise

Silky brightness with a mid red colour and nice depth. A juicier iteration of Grains, with some sweet but elegant dried fruit notes on the nose, but avoiding overt stewed aromatics. A lighter on the feet version with a sweet plumpness and more elegant structure that will no doubt build with some time in the bottle. Some might even say more Syrah than Shiraz.
