Champagne Gatinois‌ ‌‌Grand Cru ‘Tradition’ Brut NV

The GATINOIS Brut Tradition Champagne , like the other cuvées from the house, respects and represents the character and typicity of the Aÿ terroir. It comes from the "heart of the terroir" of the family estate.

The wine's deep gold color with subtle copper highlights hints at the richness of the blend. The nose opens with fresh notes of pear and linden blossom, followed by a beautiful depth, complex aromas, and a distinctly Pinot Noir character. On the palate, after a fresh attack, our Brut Tradition offers a pleasing balance of fruitiness and finesse, a lovely roundness, and aromas of ripe fruit evolving into toasty notes.
