Champagne Forest-Marie Cuvee Saint-Crespin Premier Cru

The protector of the Premier Cru slopes of Ecueil lends his name to this 100% Pinot Noir mosaic of grapes harvested from Blanches Vignes, Coupés, Consins… Vinified in large oak casks, this cuvée has patiently aged on its lees for at least five years. Hence its luscious roundness, which makes it particularly well-suited to the various dishes of a meal.

Its golden hue is adorned with amber iridescence. The nose is charming and elegant, displaying a range of aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits (mirabelle plums, almonds, and fresh apricots). The attack is lively. The clean palate reveals a beautiful balance and the fullness of apricot notes. The finish unfolds with nuances of ripe mirabelle plums and quince paste.
