Old Adam Shiraz is a limited-release premium red from Langhorne Creek, crafted from select vineyard parcels chosen for intensity and structure. It delivers rich, concentrated dark fruit layered with finely integrated American and French oak, matured 22 months in barrel and further aged in bottle for seamless complexity.

Carefully blended from the estate’s best Shiraz blocks and overseen by winemaker Rebecca Willson, this wine reflects the region’s warm days, cool nights, and dry ripening conditions. Powerful yet elegant, it’s built for immediate enjoyment or extended cellaring alongside hearty red meat dishes.
