The mid‑palate shows black pepper, clove, cedar, and subtle cocoa, with a classic Coonawarra mint‑eucalypt thread adding cool‑climate lift. The finish is long, dry, and savoury‑mineral, leaving dark berries, spice, and a gentle earthy‑graphite echo.
