Fine, chalk‑dust tannins give the wine shape without heaviness, while Hilltops’ natural acidity keeps everything fresh, lifted, and energetic. A faint thread of earth, cocoa powder, and smoked paprika adds quiet complexity. The finish is dry, gently rustic, and persistent, carrying red‑berry purity and a whisper of savoury spice that feels distinctly Tempranillo.
