The mid‑palate reveals hints of rose petal, raspberry leaf, soft spice, and a subtle mineral thread, adding quiet savoury detail beneath the fruit. The finish is clean, dry, and lightly pithy, leaving red fruit, florals, and a soft herbal‑mineral echo.
