2022 Bellebonne Vintage Rosé

"A 100% single-vineyard pinot noir from Pipers River produced in the traditional method, 2.5 years on lees. A beautiful salmon hue with a suggestion of copper. A vivid, energetic bead and mousse. The aromatic detail is on point with red apple, redcurrant, wild strawberries and raspberry with hints of shiitake broth, brioche, crushed stone and shells, cream, meadow flowers and some flinty tones. Savoury and precise, with a light textural component catching the eye as the flavours travel over the palate, stony, expressive and pure. What a beauty!'
