The nose shows hints of citrus with nectarine and spice. Pale straw colour. On tasting there is a creamy texture balanced by the acidity. The oak adds complexity but does not dominate the wine which the lovely white peach and nectarine characters the main focus. We love it with some slow cooked pork belly or a whole roasted cauliflower.
