Made from estate grown fruit and harvested in the early hours of the morning, the fruit was then fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit freshness and delicacy.
An unusually dry Winter followed by scattered Spring showers led into a Summer characterized by warm days and cool nights, resulting in steady ripening. The fruit was then harvested in Autumn from vibrant, luscious canopies.
Aromas of pink grapefruit, spice and vanilla.
This Chardonnay presents a depth, with layers of grapefruit and honeydew melon. A creamy, vanillan mouthfeel is followed by a crisp and refreshing acidity.
