We deliver to the address you specify in the delivery instructions. We use Fastway Courier parcel delivery services for domestic deliveries and normally deliver your order within 5 business days from the purchase date.
If you have not received a domestic order within this 5 day period please advise us. We will follow up your order immediately.
If extreme weather conditions occur, we will contact you in regards to the best possible way to ensure your wine arrives to you safely.
We use NAB Transact for our online credit card transactions. as they have a respected, independent, encrypted internet payment system.
Using this system, verification of the transaction is almost instant. Grevillea Food & Wines cannot access your card details and your personal information is always encrypted when it is being transferred on line.

Refunds / Returns
Grevillea Food & Wines guarantees the wines we sell and recommend. If a wine you have purchased is faulty or you are not happy with the quality of the product we will provide you with a refund or a replacement. The same applies if you receive the incorrect wine. Shopping online at Grevillea Food & Wines is easy. Simply browse the wine lists, select the wine you wish to purchase and follow the prompts.
